What time is check-in and check-out?
You can check in starting from 11:30 am. You must check out before 10am. You may be allowed to check in earlier if the room is already available by the time you arrive.
I am travelling with a very young child, what can I do for meals?
Our chef prepares daily a fresh vegetable soup. We have a kitchen reserved for mothers with a kitchenette for preparing meals, children’s menus and disposable bibs. Meal times for children are flexible. On request, we can also provide you with a baby bottle warmer.
Are drinks and beach services included in the rates?
They are included in the all-inclusive package which also includes beach service with a parasol and two sunbeds at the Delfini lido starting from the fourth row, and drinks during meals (water, wine and drink of the day). The all-Inclusive package also includes a parking space.
Can I park in the hotel?
There is a space for loading and unloading your car. There are several free parking spaces in the street adjacent to the hotel and we also have a car park just 700 metres away. The car park is covered and safe as it is gated and supervised. We provide a shuttle service to and from the hotel.
Do I need to put down a deposit to confirm the booking?
Yes, in order to confirm the booking, we require a deposit of about 20% of the total amount to be sent by postal order to the hotel’s address or by bank transfer.
What happens if I want to cancel my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 15 days before the start of your holiday and in this case, we will refund the full amount of the deposit. After this date, the deposit will be retained but only if it is not possible to rent the room again.
What happens in the event of early departure?
We will charge you an amount equal to the cost of three nights after the date of early departure.
Do you have connecting rooms or Family Rooms?
Yes, at the Hotel Cristina Corona you can choose the type of room that best suits your family needs. We have connecting rooms both Classic and Comfort.
What happens if I don’t eat the meals?
At the Hotel Cristina Corona, we have thought of everything. If you cannot eat your meal in the restaurant, we will prepare a picnic basket for you.
Do you have bicycles available for guests?
Yes, we provide bicycles for guests and have also EU approved seats of various sizes for children.
Is there a wi-fi connection?
Yes, free wi-fi connection in all areas of the hotel. You can also access the web from your room with a 100Mbps fibre optic connection.
What can you do in Cattolica when it rains?
There are plenty of activities that you can do even in bad weather. If you prefer staying in the area, you can visit the Aquarium of Cattolica, the Maritime Museum or take your children to Divertilandia, a playground with inflatables for children of 3 years and older. In Cattolica you will also find: cinema, library, shopping centre, game rooms and many different shops. Speaking of shopping, there are so many options: the shops in Viale Ceccarini in Riccione, the shopping centre “Le Befane” of Rimini, Oliviero in Misano Adriatico and the shopping centre “Rossini” of Pesaro.
Romagna also has a beautiful hinterland, hills, castles, villages, woods … how wonderful! Look immediately at the many riches that this land offers.
What is there to visit in Cattolica?
Some of the most popular attractions are the Aquarium of Cattolica, the Queen’s Museum and the Multipurpose Cultural Centre. A few kilometres away, there is the famous Castle of Gradara, the Castle of Montefiore, the Castle of San Leo and the beautiful town of Urbino.
